Mr. Thomas is a native of Dallas, a graduate of the University of the South, and a 1987 graduate of the University of Texas Law School. Formerly elected a shareholder at Locke Purnell Rain Harrell, he left to form BECKHAM & THOMAS, LLP in 1994. As Managing Partner, Stewart was responsible for growing that firm into a midsize litigation boutique with 11 lawyers before leaving to establish THOMAS & DEES, PLLC in 2004.
